Family Background
My brother Jim grew up in a family of 9 with 4 boys and 3 girls- our father was a famous tennis pro who lost his leg when he was 18 and because of the achievements of some of his many thousands upon thousands of students including Maureen Connelly ‘Little Mo’ he was admitted into the San Diego Tennis Hall of Fame. We grew up in a household of medical practitioners. Our mother was a nurse whose brother in law was a doctor and one sister was a nurse who married a doctor. Our family grew up in El Cajon and we attended the Baptist church until changing to the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church in El Cajon. One of our sisters became a missionary and with her husband headed up the “Operation Mobilization European” operations. The property we grew up on in El Cajon consisted of an orange orchard and farm which we took care of until the sixties when our parents sold it and bought a hundred acre property in Jamul California, which was converted into Indian Hills Camp (a Christian Camp for kids). Over the past 47 years many thousands of kids from the San Diego area have attended the day camp and taught Christian values in a fun, outdoor atmosphere.
My Brother Jim was charged (and found guilty with a sentencing hearing set for July 10, 2009) with selling a medical device (initially called the Rife Machine) that was developed in the early 1930’s and used successfully for the treatment of cancer and other maladies. I did not think much of it because the device under the law does not need FDA approval because it was grandfathered in under the law, meaning that the Rife Machine was successfully used prior to the newly enacted laws that were not retroactive.
Initially I was not to concerned because I was told that Jim had competent lawyers (This WAS COMPLETELY WRONG) that would expand on the above and would point out that Jim served his country in the US Army, obtained a masters degree in business, never had a problem with the law, had come from an upstanding, civic minded and philanthropic family and had even helped the FBI put away a person that committed a serious crime.
It is my belief that the Rife Machine, which puts out various frequency’s designed to kill certain bad cells such as cancer cells, is like the elders of a church laying their hands on a sick person to heal them. The Bible in various passages instructs the Elders to lay their hands on the sick to heal them. The hands put out a frequency for healing as does the Rife Machine meaning that the Rife Machine is like an extension or replacement of the Elders laying their hands on the sick. Based on the above the case also becomes a constitutional issue under the freedom of religion. The polygraph machine has proven that even plants put out and respond to various frequencies as do humans and animals. Caruso the great singer, was able have his voice put out a frequency (resonate) to match that of a wine glass so that the wine glass exploded. Every different cell in the body has its own frequency. Bad cells have been put into a Petri Dish and by matching their frequency the cell could be exploded. Some surgeons and orthopedic doctors place an electrode on each side of a broken bone and then have a machine deliver a special frequency or ultra sound to accelerate healing. Some of these machines are referred to as bone stimulators and have been approved by the FDA. I have supervised extensive medical research on a herbal products that are used successfully for the treatment of cancer and other diseases (in other countries). One thing I want to make clear is that I believe that there is no magic bullet for the treatment of various maladies. In cancer alone there are 256 different types of cancer; however the two best treatments I have come across are the Rife machine and Lapacho. Before I started research on the Rife frequency machine I had already spent many years doing research on the bark of a tree from Brazil and Peru called various names such as Pau D’Arco Teehebo and Lapacho. That research started after Amoury Dos Santos showed me an article from his home town in Brazil which stated that the bark of that tree cured cancer. People went out and stripped all of the bark off of the trees that were planted in the middle of the parkways and as a result, all of the trees died. The city did not go back into the rain forest to get replacement trees. Amoury’s uncle who owned EMS pharmaceutical company, had his people go into the Amazon region where the trees grew and bought two hundred thousand (200,000) acres He started harvesting the bark from small parts of the trees and then waited 5 years for the tree to heal before harvesting again. I went to Brazil and Amoury showed me his operation and flew me out to their property in the rain forest. I made a deal with EMS and designed a package for EMS to fill and send to me. I sold an order to a doctor in France, alone came to US $500,000. I founded the American Health Research Association (TAHRA). I had Jerry Hoppel from the Rose Medical Center in Denver Colorado manage TAHRA. He gathered together thousands of Lapacho research reports from major universities, hospitals and pharmaceutical companies from around the world. One report from a pharmaceutical company stated a 97.6 confidence level in its anti tumor on the Walker 256 test tumor. To redo the research on Lapacho that TAHRA I has gathered would cost upwards of 100,000,000 dollars in today’s dollars. While doing my research on Lapacho I went to my uncle the doctor who was a surgeon and on the UCLA medical staff and my brother-in-law and asked both of them for help. Both said that I was on the right track but if it came out that they helped me they would lose their license and would likely go to jail. Another doctor I consulted with was Bruce Halstead, an Army doctor who carried out the toxicity studies an all of marine life in the oceans. The US government in the forties paid Bruce $250,000 to publish his works, Bruce had the finest medical library I have ever seen with works from all over the world. Henry Kissinger came down with a blood problem and went to Germany for intravenous treatment. When Bruce treated his patients the same way he was charged and went to jail. I also had a company formed called rostrum communications and brought in a ghost writer by the name of Bill Weed to run it. I then turned over 200 hours of peoples personal testimonies on what Lapacho did for them along with the research studies and Bill wrote the book for me called “Second Opinion Lapacho and the Cancer Controversy” While doing my research on Lapacho I had the help of the John Bastyr Collage, the leading Naturopathic collage in the US as well as one of their former students who was practicing naturopathic medicine. That student along with other medical professionals put together a formula for the treatment of AIDS/HIV. The formula was used on Paul Gann out of Northern California who came down with AIDS from a blood transfusion five years earlier. When I first met Paul at his house He could not take more than two steps going up stairs to his bed room with out stopping for several minutes to catch his breath. Within one month he could go up the full flight of stairs with no problem. Paul was noted for his affiliation with the Jarvis Gann bill in California. His recovery was so great that he wanted us to go on good friends TV or Radio show, Larry King, the ND (Naturopathic Doctor) declined. When I was doing research on the Rife machine I came across Dan Salceda in Orange County, California, Dan had a tumor that was as wide as a fifty cent piece and stuck out as far as a quarter, with three treatments on the Rife machine the tumor disappeared.
